Thanks for the comment.
I took two shots of this scene. On the first shot, she was stuffing her mouth with a sandwich. It was not a very attractive pose, so I decided to show this one instead :).

Rainy Day Traveler
In honor today's unexpected rain in San Francisco, here's a picture that I took last June on the train somewhere between Paris and Cologne, Germany.
It was raining very hard that day, and it made for an interesting blurry motion picture on the outside of the train.

On the Edge
This is one of the first shots from my newly acquired Lumix 100-300mm lens. I bought the lens along with the G5 because of a great promotion on Amazon.
This lens is amazingly sharp and stable even at full zoom. I am very impressed by its performance even after using it for just one session yesterday at Pacifica.

Girl at Marin Headlands
I was sitting on a bench taking a break from shooting the fog pictures when I noticed them standing in front of me. The little girl was not interested in the view and more interested in looking at me.

These guys are funny. Did any of them crack a smile? As kids I would see these old men listening to music, now they are us.
Nice moment captured.

The space above him works so well here.. Could be his thoughts, could be his music, could be his fears, or comforts... So good. Really like this one :)

Warren,
Great use of the light on the back of the performer. This really communicates to me the musician is playing for his own entertainment. Doesn't really care if anyone else hears the music. I can hear the music bouncing off the walls.....
Great composition.

Almost appears that you created a composite of b & W and the musician in color. Very nice
