Nice! Not about the misery of course.. the clever interpretation. Null case, check. At least it's not winter. (that happened to my mom's car in winter, in Manitoba. it was not fun.)
Great capture of a theme. Only thing to make this better would be the car having two tone paint.

Quite match the place...:-)

Hehehe. A surprise ending. Very nice.
He sees you.. I really like the wave-like shoreline. A rhythm, and steadiness.

The vertical crop is off... We aren't seeing the big apple shaped shadow plopped on the ground and the wide lines from the sidewalk that lead us in like train tracks. :( Shift the crop downward all the way so there is nothing cut off from the bottom. :)

I must say I have a soft spot for sepia, I like the shadows on the sidewalk.
Dan
I'm really drawn to the shadows and lines of the sidewalk. I think some cropping on the left (until half the tree), right (until half the pillar), and the top (until the lower portion of the space between balcony corners) might improve the impact. For me anyways :)) Great textures and exposure!

I wouldn't mind this as a hobby.. Which glasses say what... ;) A really cool play with geometries and space. Good eye Warren!
Warren,
They always say to watch for things coming out of your subjects head. I really like the dots on the board coming out of her head. Looks like a thought board...."I hope she likes these glasses, I need to go on break".

All the colors with the kids against the grey sky adds to this photo. The reflections of the kids and the happy faces makes me want to jump right into the middle of the puddle.
We are only young once.
A point in time that will not happen again.....nice capture of the moment.
**Dolph
A joyful scene. they were having a great moment. very nice reflections in the puddle. nicely capture !
And also a remaining me long time ago in my country. we did not have much toys to play, that puddle will be my " toy " to spend time. it's a great memory image too...
Lena.
I love this photo!! I tried posting earlier and ....... i dont know... my attempt failed... but with that said the colors are amazing.. you can enjoy the energy and the simplicity of a time (I) wish I had thought about more often throughout the last 15 years ... . this is the kind of photography I want to get better at and be lucky enough to stumble upon.
