Excellent ! A nice set of picture ! Ft. Ross State Park is good place for photographer, I visited there last year with a group photography friends for photo here, good for practice HDR !
Lena,
Nice counterpoint between the aged bell and the flowers in the background in #2.

Cute capture, I really like the second picture, nice composition.
Lena,
He's waving at you. "Go away, we're trying to sleep here".

Hey Lena, sorry I missed you. Looks like you had fun and captured the festive vibe. Nice work, I especially like the last one with the guy on the ground. Good timing
Dan

Nice view point for lunch, but I notice her concentrated in her cell phone...:-) great composition
Lena
Thanks for the comment.
I took two shots of this scene. On the first shot, she was stuffing her mouth with a sandwich. It was not a very attractive pose, so I decided to show this one instead :).

I especially like the first image Lena, with the rolling hills providing a backdrop for the poppy fields in the foreground.
Dan
They are all great shot, but I especially like the composition and color coordination of your self-portrait (the last picture).

Gorgeous colourful fields, wow!! I love that last one too. The smooth rounded hills and lines are super. Beautiful light.
Happy freedom scene, nice capture...:-)
Lena
Looks like the big guy is out-numbered! Very cool shot.

Ohhh that is such a beautiful shot. Dreams of the turtles float by ... So sweet .. Love this one.
Very nice Warren. The image was made for B and W.

Terrific testament to testudinal tenderness!
Wow, I really like it rendered in B&W - I'm surprised at myself, as I usually think of nature photos of being in color.
Lovely moment, well capture, great B/W image...:-)

I think the second one has more appeal for me. The textures, and shadows. The welcoming comparison of the seated "guards".... Good luck at the show! Let us know which one you used and how it goes :)
I also favor the second one. Can you email me or post information about the show?

Thanx guys, yep that is the one I have printed and framed.

This is an annual show for artists throughout West Marin.
Fun event and a nice opportunity for everyone to exhibit their efforts and make a few dollars.
Dan
I also like the second photo, nice framing and light capture..:-)
