Nice composition. lovely light capture...:-)
Lena,
Like Lea, I have not had a chance to get out after dark, since it does not get really dark in the summer until after 9pm or so. Maybe I'll post a few more from my archives before the month is over. :)

Wow, a really lovely flower photo (they're not easy - I know!) also I like the composition with the upper left -to- lower right flow.
Wild colors! Thanks for posting here, Joe.

Beautiful vivid colors, indeed lovely, nice shot !
Lena,
Great series Lena, I believe my wife's nieces were at the Festival too. They got me to go to Windsor for the past two years. Have you gone to the Albuquerque Festival? It is supposed to be the biggest and given the landscape in the area the most dramatic. Thanx for sharing your festival experience.
Dan
Hi Dan,thanks, Yes, it was interesting and fun experience of Reno Hot Air Balloons at Dawn Patrol Festival, I enjoyed a lot.
I went Albuquerque last year,it was a shooting birds, white sand, Sunrise and sunset trip. so we did not had time to see Hot Air Balloon Festival. The birds scene was amazing at Albuquerque, I suggest if you have times go to see it, The feeling is fantastic, I had great time at there...:-)
Lena..
Wonderful shots! I like the baby balloon in front of the giant balloon, and the expressions of all the kids and adults having a great time.

Great color and detail, Dan! BTW, how do you manage to to post onto FPCF without triggering a notification email? It's puzzling how you're able to be stealthy about it. :)
--WT
Thanx Warren, not sure about the stealth posting just post via IE or Chrome. Whatever I happen to be on.
Dan

Warren, I took advantage of the nice weather Monday night to shoot the wreck of the Pt. Reyes. If you are interested, I will be heading up to Windsor on Saturday for the Hot Air Balloon Festival. The Dawn Patrol alights before sunrise and would qualify as shoot.
I like the foreground of this image with the folks ignoring the beauty of ND in the background
Dan
Hi Dan, I won't be able to join you on Saturday, but I look forward to seeing yours shots from the event. :)

It has a candle-lit feel... Nice (:
Nice reflections night view !
Lena,
Interesting ! lovely, nice capture...:-)
Lena..
This immediately came to mind, a quirky little verse I learned as a kid:
One bright day in the middle of the night,
Two dead men got up to fight,
Back to back, they faced one another,
Drew their swords and shot one another....
If you don't believe this lie is true
Ask the blind man
He saw it too
Really great photo, I love the mirroring and simplicity.

Beautiful portrait of a (very clean) barn. I especially enjoy the structure and repetitions of the b&w one. Nicely done!
