Pier Stroll
The Municipal Pier at Aquatic Park is always a nice subject for a dramatic photo :).

Warren, these photos taken with a prime lens really show normal every day life, in a timeless sense.
Gone are the woeful distortions of the seductive zoom-in or zoom-outs that carbon dioxide emitting battery driven zoom type lenses display.
But quality photos of everyday events are what make up the fabric of our lives.
I really enjoy these great film photos from your M3/Elmar setup.
Thanks for the great feedback, Ted. I appreciate it very much.

Hi Warren,
I really like this one! The way the water disappears into the horizon is very cool, and they way you picked a scene with almost no color, the two spots of color in the boat hulls really pop out!

Yeah, after doing a lot of telephoto work with the 100-300mm, I decided to use my 14mm wide angle for a few photo walks. :)

Beautiful sky clouds, nice framing and composition...:-)
Lena
I agree with Lena, nice framing and good use of B and W. So that is an equivalent 28mm FOV. I really like that focal length, wide but not too wide to distort the foreground.
Dan
I like how the cloud formation if following the lines of the pier.
