Frozen Leaf
Leaf, frozen in time.
The ice was about a centimetre thick and some long grass was being preserved in it too.
Although there is no snow here yet, it's apparently cold enough for ice ;)

When I first saw your photo, it immediately reminded me of plants caught in amber thousands of years ago or the fossils of plants.

I have always wanted to see petrified wood in person! For now, this is ok for a substitute heheh ;P
