This pictures shows part of the Russian Hill neighborhood in the distance, as seen from Telegraph Hill. You can see the back of the apartments with all the "million dollar" views that look out towards Telegraph Hill (where I'm standing), Coit Tower, and S.F. Bay.
That's the famous 7 curves of Lombard Street (so called "crookedest street in the world) to the right of the apartments.
