The Baker Part II

Here's another shot of the baker that I forgot to post earlier. It's really interesting watching this guy at work. One time I saw him making chocolate shavings. He would pour a special chocolate mix onto a marble slab, mix it around a little and let it cool, and then using a paint scraper, would scrape chocolate off of the slab and voila! Chocolate shavings.

Now go have yourself a big slab of chocolate cake.
