The Baker

I took a break from work today and went out for a cup of coffee at a local bakery. The name is Delessios, and all of the food is out of this world. Anyway, I asked one of the staff if I could take a pic while he was working. He does some pretty interesting stuff. In this photo, he's getting lemon zest for one of their yummy desserts.
