Happy New Year all. I wanted to see what I could shoot in regard to crowds and I wanted to see how the local shopping district was doing in these tough financial times, and I got this photo. The setting: I was walking to Union Square from the subway. I was literally shooting from the hip just to see what would happen, and I got this. The appearance of Santa in the girl's reflection is awesomely perfect. Like it's a figment of her imagination as she window shops with her dad.
