Age is clearly a mindset & these women were both in better shape than me

"I can't" is not an option

I just love this photo - Miami turned into a sauna  after it stopped raining



I hope everyone is doing well. I shot for Muscle Milk a couple Weeks ago and picked out a few photos that I thought were a great way to represent the spirit of the Triathlon and what I experienced.
