Looking South from Fort Funston
Later evening near sunset time, I drove out to Fort Funston to get some fresh air, and I took a camera with me of course.

Dan, is the Pt. Reyes picture another stitch job? What didn't you like about the first one?
--WT
At the time Warren I actually took images of the wreck from both sides, but did not compose the side you see in this series with enough sky and the top of the boat. I like the reflection and the sunrise on the rust in this image more than the shaded side view. All images in this series are stiches.
Dan
Well, I think you have the stitching technique nailed, totally seamless. I agree with you, I like the wreck for this angle a little better than the original. The shadow side on the original is still interesting because the shadow adds some mystery and drama.

The stitching technique is flawless. I like the picutre of the boat because it allows you to look at many interesting points in the pictures. The reflections, the colors, the angles, and a story of why the boat ended up on the sand bar.
Thanks for taking the picture and sharing.

**i'm back from being on vacation and a work trip for 7 weeks.
Wow beautiful light, quiet and calm... Love the colour!
Thanks for joining the fun and posting this nice series, Joe. My favorite is #3.

Joe...if the woman in the bottom picture knew you took that picture and posted it on the web I would be looking out for women driving cars with hats pulled way down.
Really nice sneaked shots! I'm surprised the Shaolin Monks didn't come out to smash your M9, LOL! :)

I was a little worried when I had to exit and the big acrobat was looking at me critically, while one of the young ladies hawked their video.
Dan, this is my favorite of your recent series, wonderful moments captured with great compositions. My favorite is the woman and her prized banana. It's hard to know who was happier, her or the banana. :)

I'm surprised nobody cared (or even noticed?) that these were taken with a WA adapter on the 14mm. I would be interested to know which ones stood out for you in the set.

I like the Eat Crab, the caricature, and the Architectural. I would be interested to know if you needed to crop out any edge softness or did you crop for composition only. Nicely done overall Warren.
Thanks Dan. I cropped for composition only, and I did not notice edge softness although I'm sure there is some.
