Fern Leaf

Panasonic DMC-G1, Konica Hexanon 40mm f1.8

There were a lot of ferns along the Devil's Gulch trail where we went on the hike with Dan.

A Flowery Starfield

Panasonic DMC-G1, Konica Hexanon 40mm f1.8

Seen on the Devil's Gulch Trail, Marin.

The little wildflowers reminded me of stars in the night sky.

Another Marin Wildflower

Panasonic DMC-G1, Lumix 14mm f2.5

I have no idea what this is, but it looked interesting enough for a picture :).

BTW, I am very happy with the little 14mm Lumix. It's sharp!

Crimson Columbine

Panasonic DMC-G1, Lumix 14mm f2.5

We saw these wild columbines (thanks for the name, Dan) on the Devil's Gulch Trail at Samuel P. Taylor State Park. Dan, another friend, Ginny, Gail and I went for a photo hike there to see Stair Step Falls.
