Patina

Found one I liked... thought I'd share it here.

It's a rail over the top of a bridge.

Mission San Miguel Arcangel

Panasonic DMC-G1, Lumix 14-45mm

Fake patina? It sure looks like selective restoration going on here.

This California Mission is just north of Paso Robles.

BTW, any ideas for the September Project?

America First

Panasonic DMC-G1, Lumix 14-45mm

Another post for the August Project (Patina). I think this would also make a good July 4th photo :).

This was on top of the radiator cap for a very old, vintage Ford.

Fence Top Orb

Panasonic DMC-G1, Lumix 14-45mm

My 2nd post for the August "Patina" Project.

This is part of the fence around the Dahlia Garden at Golden Gate Park.

How many hands have touched this?

Great image Warren, lighting and detail work well. Looks like you have been enjoying GGP and the dahlia garden. The dahlia is San Francisco's official flower. As you can see they are really special. Good captures all around.

Blackbird

Panasonic DMC-G1, Lumix 14-45mm

I think the feather details look pretty cool. If you look closely, its head and shoulders are actually brown :)

This is my first August Project image.
