Central Park Wedding

Difficult image due to the strong back-lighting, but the glow of her wedding dress I found interesting.

Very good Dan! The backlighting and the strong shadows really work here.

This is the Arcade at Bethesda Terrace. The Terrace is the monumental heart of the Park, and it's my favorite location there.

It's rare to be there on a weekend and not see at least one wedding party getting photographed. Many come all the way from Japan and Korea! I'm delighted that you were there. Any more NYC photos?

Great rim/backlighting on the bride, and nice strong shadows. I can see how this would be a favorite place for wedding photographers to take dramatic wedding portraits.

Thanx Steve and Warren. The location was also a great spot for street musicians. Fantastic tile work and architecture.

I am still going through the images and hopefully find some more keepers. Took quite a few in the many museums, especially the NYMOMA, and Morgan Library.

Dan,
A wonderful moment you were able to capture. I agree with Warren that the back lighting really makes the women glow.

Great shot Dan! I love the backlit dress and the natural drama the pattern on the wall creates. I think this is my favorite out of all the amazing photos you have posted.
