What took me to this shot was the contrast of colors against the old sign. The old sign, which is still maintained, the brick that has been painted, and the old windows made for interesting contrast. The lines also stoodout in this very horizontal shot. The company is a sheet metal cutting plant in Wisconsin.

In addition to the points that you mentioned, I also like the lamp and its shadow in the lower right of the picture.

Ah, Warren beat me to it! I really like the photo as well, Dolph, and I was going to say the same as Warren about the lamp and it's shadow. The shades of red and blue you've got here really work for me.
