Rainbow over San Juan Bautista

These two photos are my all time favorites. Because they remind me how lucky I was. It had been raining and the sky was covered by dark cloud. Suddenly, the rain stopped and the setting sun broke through the cloud. Then this majestic rainbow appeared for a good 20 minutes. I srambled for my Canon Rebel G and shot a roll of film. I was not the only one joyful. Pigeons in large group were flying around and around.
